The mission of Beauty by Fire Ministries in Prayer is to obey the command to continue steadfastly in prayer (Romans 12:12) with a humble and pure heart trusting that “the effective, fervent prayer of a righteous man avails much” (James 5:16).    It is through Jesus Christ our “High Priest over the house of God” that we are afforded the privilege “to enter the Holiest” which is where the presence of God dwells (Hebrews 10:19-22).   We are commanded to “come boldly to the throne of grace” (Hebrews 4:16) – unashamedly, without timidity, courageously, and full of reverence – to “pray without ceasing” (1 Thessalonians 5:17) and to always pray in the Spirit (Ephesians 6:18).  It is our belief that prayer is open and honest communication with our heavenly Father, and is a means to experience His presence on the most intimate level. We desire to encourage all believers to exercise the privilege and power entrusted to us to not only pray individually, but also collectively with other believers.  History throughout the Bible proves that when God’s people come together with one heart and one voice in all faith seeking to do the will of the Father, mighty things happen!

The purpose of this gathering is to bring together the citizens of the River Region to pray over our cities, government leaders, schools and teachers, uniformed heroes and servants, pastors and ministry leaders, businesses, and all of the people that make up the River Region.
