River Region Prayer Walk is the first Saturday in October and One United Reaching (OUR) Montgomery hosts prayer walks in Montgomery on the first Saturday of each month.  For up-to-date information, follow River Region Prayer Walk on Instagram or Facebook and join the One United Reaching (OUR) Montgomery Facebook group.  You may text OURMTG to 74000 for text reminders.  

The purpose of the River Region Prayer Walk is to bring together the citizens of the River Region to pray over our cities, government leaders, schools and teachers, uniformed heroes and servants, pastors and ministry leaders, businesses, and all the people who make up the River Region. This gathering serves to spiritually unite our community through prayer under the Lord our Banner, in the name of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, to seek His favor, His protection, and the restoration of His people and His land. 

First, we will gather at the Union Station Train Shed for a praise concert and time of preparation for the walk. Next, we will walk a route through downtown Montgomery using guided prayer focused on the above-mentioned groups. For those who are unable to walk the route, there will be a time of corporate prayer at the train shed. Free lunch, concert, and family activities after the walk.
